Return and Refund Policy
Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer size/color exchanges. However, if your order is returned due to a carrier error or invalid address, we will reship it at no additional cost.
If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that photographic proof may be required.
Claims for orders that haven't been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
