Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, Anke Wonder ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you! The shipping rate is calculated during checkout.
What payment methods does Anke Wonder accept?
We accept major payment cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You can also pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal for extra convenience.
Can I pay in my currency?
Yes! You can select your preferred currency at any time by using the currency selector in the footer menu of our website.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can click the number to view real-time updates on your shipment's location through our tracking page.
What is your return or refund policy?
Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer size/color exchanges. However, if your order is returned due to a carrier error or invalid address, we will reship it at no additional cost.
If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that photographic proof may be required.
Claims for orders that haven't been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

How do I receive my booking confirmation and access my session?
After you book a session and complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a video meeting link for the scheduled date and time of your reading. The reminder email (24h before the session) will contain the same link as in the confirmation email.
What can I expect during a 30-minute or 60-minute Mediumship Reading session?
During an Evidential Mediumship Reading, I will perform a "communication to order" for you. You’ll provide me with the name and relationship of your loved one (e.g., "my brother Henry"). I will then invite them to step forward and communicate with us. Throughout the reading, I will share information from the spirit, and you will only need to respond with ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to validate the details being shared. The evidence shared may include details such as your loved one’s character traits, hobbies, occupation, shared memories, as well as messages and guidance for you.
How should I prepare for my session?
To make the most of our time, please arrive on time and I suggest finding a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted. Being comfortable and open will help create a better connection.
Can I connect with a specific loved one?
Yes, we set the intention to connect with a specific soul, and in my experience they always respond. However, it’s important to know that mediumship is a form of communication that cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If we’re unable to reach your loved one, other spirits may step forward to share meaningful messages.
What information should I provide before the reading?
At the time of your reading, I only need the name and relationship of the loved one you wish to connect with (e.g., ‘my brother, Henry’). You don’t need to share other personal details beyond the name and relationship before or during the reading.
Can I record the session?
Yes, you are welcome to take notes or record your session for personal use.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations, I also ask for 48 hours' notice; in such cases, you will be offered a rescheduling option, but no refunds will be issued. Appointments will be considered no-shows if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and in these cases, refunds or rescheduling won’t be available.If you need assistance with rescheduling, feel free to reach out.

Is this mentorship right for me if I’m just starting out?
Absolutely. This mentorship is best suited for those who can already make a basic link to Spirit and would like to strengthen, refine, or better understand their connection.In our first session, we’ll talk about what you want to learn or improve. We may focus on areas such as building stronger evidence, learning to distinguish mind from Spirit, or gaining more confidence in your connection. Each session includes space for your questions, experiences, and personal challenges.
Can this mentorship help if I feel blocked or disconnected?
Yes. Feeling blocked or disconnected is often a natural part of spiritual development. Together, we can explore what’s happening, release pressure, and gently support your reconnection with more ease and trust in your link with Spirit.
How many sessions do I need?
This mentorship includes five 30-minute one-on-one sessions.
How quickly you reach your goals depends on your learning style, practice, and the time you devote between sessions. Mediumship is a personal and evolving process, so while results can’t be guaranteed, I will share practical tools, guidance, and my own experience to support your development.
Do you teach a specific method, or help me develop my own way?
I teach Evidential Mediumship, which focuses on connecting with loved ones in the Spirit world through clear and meaningful evidence. I’ll offer direction, exercises, and practical tips, always honoring your comfort level and personal boundaries. My approach is gentle and supportive, guided by the principle: Take what resonates and leave the rest.
Can I bring real experiences, readings, or questions to sessions?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to bring real readings, experiences, and any questions you have. We can practice together, explore exercises, talk through challenges, and find practical ways to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
How are the sessions conducted?
All sessions take place via video call on Google Meet. You’ll receive the link in the confirmation email after your first booking. During our first session, we’ll explore your goals and needs. From there, we’ll tailor the remaining sessions to support your development and schedule the dates and times together.
How much does it cost?
The full mentorship includes five 30-minute one-on-one sessions for a total investment of $250.
