Can I request custom designs?
Yes! Custom designs are available. Please use the Contact Form to submit your request, and we will work together to bring your idea to life.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, Anke Wonder ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you!
What payment methods does Anke Wonder accept?
We accept major payment cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You can also pay using Google Pay and Apple Pay for added convenience.
Can I pay in my currency?
Yes! You can select your preferred currency at any time by using the currency selector in the footer menu of our website.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can click the number to view real-time updates on your shipment's location through our tracking page.
What is your return or refund policy?
Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer size/color exchanges. However, if your order is returned due to a carrier error or invalid address, we will reship it at no additional cost.
If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that photographic proof may be required.
Claims for orders that haven't been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
