Anke Wonder ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you!

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by location and product and will be displayed at the product and checkout page. Estimated Fulfillment Time is 2-5 business days and 3-5 business days for Shipping for most products.

Tracking Number for your Order
Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can click the number to view real-time updates on your shipment's location through our tracking page.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@ankewonder.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What is your return, refund and exchange policy?
Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer size/color exchanges. However, if your order is returned due to a carrier error or invalid address, we will reship it at no additional cost.

If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that photographic proof may be required.

Claims for orders that haven't been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
