How do I receive my booking confirmation and access my session?
After you book a session and complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a video meeting link for the scheduled date and time of your reading. The reminder email (24h before the session) will contain the same link as in the confirmation email.

What can I expect during a 30-minute reading session?
During the 30-minute reading, I will perform a "communication to order" for you. You’ll provide me with the name and relationship of your loved one (e.g., "my brother Henry"). I will then invite them to step forward and communicate with us. Throughout the reading, I will share information from the spirit, and you will only need to respond with ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to validate the details being shared. The evidence shared may include details such as your loved one’s character traits, hobbies, occupation, shared memories, as well as messages and guidance for you.

How should I prepare for my session?

To make the most of our time, please arrive on time and I suggest finding a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted. Being comfortable and open will help create a better connection.

Can I connect with a specific loved one?
Yes, we set the intention to connect with a specific soul, and in my experience they always respond. However, it’s important to know that mediumship is a form of communication that cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If we’re unable to reach your loved one, other spirits may step forward to share meaningful messages.

What information should I provide before the reading?
At the time of your reading, I only need the name and relationship of the loved one you wish to connect with (e.g., ‘my brother, Henry’). You don’t need to share other personal details beyond the name and relationship before or during the reading.

Can I record the session?
Yes, you are welcome to take notes or record your session for personal use.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations, I also ask for 48 hours' notice; in such cases, you will be offered a rescheduling option, but no refunds will be issued. Appointments will be considered no-shows if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and in these cases, refunds or rescheduling won’t be available. If you need assistance with rescheduling, feel free to reach out.
