Rainbow Summer Mural - MPAC Milwaukee

Love is the bridge between you and everything. - Rumi 

This quote is the inspiration of my mural for the Marcus Performing Arts Center. I was chosen as one of the artists to breathe some life into the blank barriers located at the riverwalk in Milwaukee to evoke a feeling of ‘Summer of Milwaukee’ and ‘Togetherness’ after not being able to gather for a long time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The bridge symbolizes our togetherness and is at the same time a reminder of Milwaukee’s Riverwalk Bridges. Behind the bridge grow many roses of different sizes in red, pink, blue and yellow tones to represent the growing and blooming love for each other that is infinite and everlasting.
